16 year old male volleyball player with a track sprinter and cross country long distance runner past before joining volleyball at 14.5 years old in the fall. played that club season from fall to February and then the next year I played club again for the same amount of time and now just finished high school season from march to beginning of May. currently have a 29.5 inch running vertical with minimal strength training, mainly from club and my running days which I’ve long stopped.
